Minneapolis native BdotCroc is a hip-hop artist, songwriter and activist. Whether it be working in schools with at-risk youth, hosting a radio show or through her motivational rap – this Minneapolis native’s commitment to her community is clear.
Bdot’s music is direct, irreverent, and in-your-face, with an energetic flow reminiscent of the likes of Missy Elliott. Rapping since the age of 8, she has been working on her craft one rhyme at a time ever since. Over the years, she went from battling her cousins in her great grandmother’s basement, to becoming the youngest female artist to headline the prestigious stage of Soundset Festival in 2012. She has gone on to perform extensively, and has opened for some of the hottest hip-hop artists on the global scene, including Dej Loaf, Trey Songz and Gucci Mane. Most recently, she performed at SXSW 2018.
